FAQs

We understand that seeking behavioral health treatment for you or a loved one is a big decision, and you may have questions about how the outpatient process works. We're here to help.

What if I'm uncomfortable in a group setting?

You can come for your first scheduled day and see how it feels. Many people are worried at first, but find that hearing from others with similar experiences is helpful.

What if I work during the day and can't make the sessions?

Our evening group may be a suitable fit with your schedule. If the evening session is also difficult, discuss this with our team, and we will work with you to find a solution that works for you.

Is there an option for one-on-one therapy and medication support?

You will meet one-on-one with our provider for the initial evaluation and ongoing individual sessions. Our IOP is helpful for you to stay on track with medication management and mental health support, while waiting for private appointments with providers in the community.
