These details are designed to help you best navigate your upcoming hospital visit, helping you plan ahead and set expectations for your stay.
Visiting hours at our hospital
We offer 24/7 open visiting hours. If you are staying overnight, please arrive by 10:00pm. Daily quiet hours are from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 8:00pm to 6:00am. During this time, lights will be dimmed on inpatient units. Please silence your cell phone, talk quietly and limit your movement in hallways.
Visitation restrictions
Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this page. Those circumstances include religious visitation, as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide communication assistance with their treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.
Spiritual services
As needed, we can provide compassionate spiritual support for you and your loved ones. Our nondenominational chaplains make hospital visits and are always on call. We will do our very best to fulfill requests for specific denominational representatives from the community. However, they may not always be available.
There is also a nondenominational chapel on the second floor, which you can access at any time.
To request spiritual services, speak with a nurse or call volunteer services during regular business hours at (208) 529-6201. After business hours or on weekends, you can also call (208) 529-6111.

In our rear parking lot, we also have utility hookups for recreation vehicles (RVs). However, we don't provide water hookups or dumping facilities. If you have additional questions, please call (208) 360-8765.
Our visitor policy
There may be times when we must restrict the length of visits or suspend them altogether, including if you're ill.
We also have zero tolerance towards aggression. If you demonstrate abusive or disruptive behavior, you will be removed from the property.
Ways to stay connected virtually
If your loved one requires surgery, you can sign up to receive text updates about their progress. You can also email your loved one while they're under our care, so they can communicate at their convenience.
